Luckily we found Wendy!

We haven't been out of the country for many years, mostly due to Covid and we were dealing with a lot of stress. We walked into a local travel agency, happy in knowing we had a chance to spend time together away on vacation. We were treated horribly and in complete shock when told to just book ourselves. I knew our particular trip was going to be confusing one to book, but we didn't expect such rude customer service and unwillingness to help. When we left we started to lose hope. Luckily we found Wendy through a google search and she was very friendly and more than willing to help. Whether or not we got the flight all we wanted was some guidance since we do not deal with flights on a daily basis and not that knowledgeable with it.

Thanks to Wendy for booking this trip for my wife and I. My wife will get to see her Dad, maybe one more last time, and he will even get the chance to see his grandchild for the first time - that's one of the most amazing things!
